We use custom-designed, eco-friendly packaging that secures each plant and pot in place. During colder months, we include heat packs to ensure your green friends stay warm throughout their journey.
What is your return policy for live plants?
We offer a 30-day customer happiness guarantee. If your plant arrives damaged or dies within the first 30 days, we will send a replacement free of charge.
How long does shipping typically take?
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the contiguous United States.
Do I need to repot my plant immediately?
No, we recommend waiting at least 2-4 weeks before repotting. This allows your plant to acclimate to the light and humidity levels in its new home.
Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Because we work quickly to get your plants on the road, we can only accept changes or cancellations within 60 minutes of order placement.
