We want you and your plants to thrive together, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all non-perishable items and a 30-day guarantee on all live plants. If your greenery arrives in less-than-perfect condition, we are committed to making it right with a replacement or refund.

Return Process

  Check Your Eligibility

  Ensure your return is initiated within 30 days of delivery. Live plants must be in their original nursery pots, while hard goods and accessories must be unused and in original packaging.

  Start Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange for a different variety.

• 3.
  Pack With Care

  For hard goods, securely pack the items in their original box. For live plant issues, simply upload a photo to the portal rather than shipping the plant back to minimize transit stress.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is processed at our greenhouse or your photo evidence is verified, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
